Hello!
I am writing an article on interviewing nannies/babysitters and would like to get some input from real moms on what kinds of questions they ask to pick the best caregiver for their family. I'm looking for the questions that get really interesting responses (not "Are you CPR certified?") and show the babysitter's personality. If you could include why these questions are good for you/your family, that would be perfect.
Thank you for any help you can give me!
Re: Best Questions to Ask Prospective Nannies in an Interview
Bahahaha.
"When was the last time you got trashed? Please explain fully."
I assume my nanny will be a drinker.
