I had my son by c-section about 19 months ago. I nursed for about 6 months and have PCOS, so I've only had 3 or 4 periods. But my last two periods, I've noticed that my tampons don't stay in very well. They seem to slip down, and when they are fairly full, they will actually slip out. I've only had this happen while I'm sitting on the toilet, but it's really wierd. I've never had this happen before.
Anyone else have this problem? I use Tampax Pearl, and it doesn't seem to matter which absorbency I'm using. I just try to match the absorbency to my flow.
Re: Tampon question- not C-section related?????
This always happens to me when I use Tampax and sometimes Playtex. I switched to OB and it hasn't been a problem since. Not sure why this is happening to you now...was your section planned or did you actually go into labor? Possible your physical anatomy in there stretched, shifted, ...something to make those particular designs no longer fit properly? Try changing brands? Good luck!
