Pain above belly button while exercising

Does anyone know what would cause a pain above my belly button while walking on the treadmill this morning?  I stopped (because I didn't think the pain felt right), but when I got on the elliptical, it disappeared.  Any ideas? I'm 23 weeks right now. Round ligament pain, perhaps?

possible hernia?  i got one when i was pregnant and its still there
