Interlock?

I am researching the wool covers for potential nighttime use in the future.  What is interlock?  Any preferences out there?

What is Interlock?  It looks different like it is felted, but I would think they'd just call it felted then.  Is this suitable for overnight diapering in Florida?  We always use A/C when it's hot.  I can't tolerate sleeping in the heat.  We set our A/C at 77-78.

Interlock is a god- send! It's a tighter woven sort of wool and it really holds in the urine while still being very breathable for baby. We use Wild Coconut Wear and they are amazing!
