s/o of mam pacifiers

Regarding the post a bit down from babysmom, are these pacifiers so great because they don't fall out of the mouth?  If so, do tell me more.  Are there other reasons you like this pacifiers?

we like them because that is all that DD will take, ha. We have soothies and Tommee Tippee ones and she HATES those. She'll suck on a MAM though no problem.

I think every LO is different on what they will keep in their mouth. The only kind DD can keep in is an Avent soothie. We have also tried mam, nuk and dr. browns. Only the soothie will work.

We tried the mams and DS wouldn't take them. He takes a Smootie and does okay with it but does better with NUK.   Every baby is different.

It's the only one that won't fall out. Different shape. It works best for our LO.

They sort of mold around the face better than others. Mine doesn't take any brand so I'm SOL.

Mams have rounded flat nipples which are easier for my guy to keep in his mouth.  The soothies always fell out for some reason and the slanted nuk (I think) ones are too short or something because they do the same thing.  But like PPs said, it really just depends on what your baby likes.
