How to say no to your toddler- have you read it?

I'm not sure that it was posted on this board, but, someone recommended it to another bumpie a while back. I kind of think it was tokenhoser...? I could be way wrong. Anyway, this board is the only one I've seen talk about books really at all, so I thought I'd ask here. 

I just finished the book last night, the full title says its for 9 months old to 3 years. What discipline is he talking about for the young ones?  I could have totally missed it I guess. But I don't remember him saying anything specifically about the younger toddlers.
