My doc provides me with a low mercury fish list.  No mahi mahi listed.  Anyone know if its a good idea or not?

If he gave you a list of OK fish and you don't see one on said list you might think about avoiding it.

Did he also give you a list that says do not jump off a bridge, or don't stick a fork in an electrical socket?

If he gave you a list of what was safe and it's not on the list, then odds are it isn't safe. 

Side note: we don't know more than your doctor. Trust them.

I have eaten a ton of mahi mahi during this pregnancy...  not every single day or anything, but it's on the low mercury levels list i posted, so I am okay with eating it in the amounts specified.

Lamo. This was totally mean but absolutely just made me snort sprite out of my nose!
