Lately I've seen quite a few adult women with hickeys on their necks! I think it's so trashy looking and I can't figure out why a grown woman with a professional career would want to walk around with a huge hickey!

Wow, that is nuts. I agree, it is totally inappropriate in the professional world. Don't these women know anything about cover up?? The only hickey I had was as a freshman in college.

I wore one with pride in 9th grade, but as a professional, it's just tacky.
Funny story: My brother told me what a hickey was, but I didn't really get it. So he told me to try sucking on my arm and I'd understand where the bruise came from. I sucked so damn hard on my upper arm I have a permanent mark from it. 28ish years later there is still a mark on my upper arm. (It's very faint now, so it's not tacky)
