Another sleep post here!
We just got back from vacation where we had to co-sleep after the crib we rented broke, and now DS won't sleep in his crib at home. So we plan on CIO this week. I've always rocked DS to sleep so my question is- In the future when DS is sleep trained and we take him to grandmas house to spend the night for 1 night or have someone put him to bed in our home, Should they follow the same steps and put him down awake or rock him? I'm just not sure how baby's adjust to putting themselves to sleep in unfamiliar environments. Any one had to do this before? I know it's a silly question but i want to be prepared since we have a couple weddings coming up and i don't want to screw it up again!
