Side note, for bad cramps try BioFreeze. It is awesome. Our PT at work told me to try it when I had bad cramps a few months ago. It worked wonders.
A PSA on the biofreeze - make sure you wash it off before you put ice or heat on it - you can easily get a chemical burn if you don't. I agree though, that stuff is amazing!

Thanks. She didn't mention that. Luckily I only used it while at work & didn't put ice or heat on it.
Only this one kind of chokolate we have here in Norway help when I am close to get my "***" on from PMS. (My HB always takes home two if he feels I'm "getting there". I can also get a cravering for smurfs-pastils, ice cream or cake. More or less I need a sugar"fix"..
