Hey ladies,
I've been on the bump for awhile, but just recently started checking out this board. I am a teacher/coach at a public school in Texas. I gave birth to my LO in November. I've always been active and stayed active until I was about 36 weeks pregnant. My LO is almost 8 months now and I have one more pound to go until I'm down to my PP weight, but ideally, I'd like to lose 5-10 more.
I am currently training to run a half marathon. I ran a half and and full back in college, but haven't done one since. I'm hoping it will be the motivation I need to lose these last few pounds. I have a degree in exercise & sports science, so I'm hoping to be able to contribue here a little. This board doesn't seem very active though!
