FuzziBunz one size elite elastic sizing

I'm Planning on testing out my FuzziBunz today and am wanting to adjust the elastic to the recommended setting on one diaper and go from there. My question is, what setting does the elastic start out at? A 3 in the leg and a 2 in the waist? A 4 in the leg and a 1 in the waist? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Actually I can't...that's why I'm asking. The line is between 2 numbers and both numbers are visible on my diapers. Is it the number before, or the number after.

I did mine by the number after because the 1 is after the little slot so I assumed that's how it went- but, sizing will depend on your child's size. My LO "should" fit with the diaper looser, but is still on the newborn settings in his thighs for now. I had to adjust the waist for him.
