infant running bib onesie

Has anyone ever seen a racing bib onesie?  I found a few on Cafe Press, but none that I really cared to spend $25 on.  We're doing a 5 K this weekend and DD will be doing her 1st little kid dash, so I thought it would be a cute family picture if we could get DS a onesie with a racing bib

    To have it this weekend, I automatically go to making one.
    Do you think you are crafty enough to paint one on his onsie?  I wouldn't think it would be hard, just remember to put cardboard in between the layers so it doesn't bleed through.
