Prenatal Yoga in Plano area?

Hi everyone! I'm 21 weeks pregnant and really want to find a prenatal yoga class to attend but have no idea where to look. Does anyone know of a good place to exercise? I'm not all that fit so I'd like to go to a place where I won't be out of place with a bunch of tiny, super flexible moms. Haha. I'm also looking for a friendly place. I don't know any other pregnant women but really want to find other moms or moms-to-be to chat with.

Depending on where you are in Plano, Move Studio in Richardson has both prenatal yoga and Pilates. I haven't started the classes, but I have taken their regular yoga classes, which are good.

 I did this one with Mimi in Frisco.  There is one at Plano presby.  I was a yoga novice and my legs were sore the next day at first, but I enjoyed it.  I met some other moms and liked the instructor, the class was in her home where she had a studio,

I'd try Move Studio (www.MoveStudio.com).  I had a baby last year and now I go to their Zumba with Baby/ Zumba with Toddler classes.  They are so fun!

I have gone to Bottoms Up (Its a Mamaste class) since i was 14 weeks. I highly recommend it!

I did prenatal yoga with Heather at Yoga on Main in Frisco - https://www.yogaonmainst.com/.  I thought it was great!  Also, I know Plano Presby offers prenatal yoga.

Pranaa Yoga studio in Plano is great. (4017 Preston Road, Suite 532, Lakeside Market, Plano, TX 75093) It is in the same lot as Breadwinners. The studio is really nice and they also have some prenatal spa treatments there too. I am 16 weeks and plan to sign up this Thursday. I visited their studio last week and was really impressed.

The drop in rate is $15.00, but they normally give the fist timers a discount. The rate per class depends on how much you pre-buy. I will post the pricing at the bottom of this post. The prenatal class meets on Thursdays at 6 and is normally around 6-8 people only. (side note, they also have a labor/delivery partner yoga class for couples. It looks really neat.
