First Period PP, normal?

So I started my first PP period a few days ago. The first day it was pretty normal bit its picked up a lot since then.Today I've gone through 3 pads when typically its one pad/tampon a day with no leaks. So 3 completely covred pads is weird. I also feel and it looks like I'm still passing cots cauae the cramping is so bad. I know I'm not gonna be normal normal right away but what is PP normal for the first few periods?

    My first period PP started out pretty light and then got very heavy very quickly.  I was probably having to change my pad every 45 minutes or so.  Also, the cramping was really intense.  My doctor said this was very normal.  If you're still concerned about it you should call the doctor, but from what you've said it sounds pretty normal to me.

    Mine came about 2 months after delivery, and it was pretty normal for me.  If anything was different, it seemed to be shorter than before, but deff wasn't heavier.  If you have any concerns, just call your Dr. for peace of mind.
