I have two.  I bought one when #3 was a baby, another when #4 was a baby so I could have a spare.  I don't use them the recommended way though.  Instead of threading baby's legs through like the moby, I just sit their bum into the space made.  Wearing them like that, I've never had an issue, but I make sure to keep mine washed and tight.  I love the Ktan.  I tried a homemade Moby, but I hated the wrapping and bunching and tying.  My favorite thing about the Ktan is that I can sit down with it on-with or without baby in it...you know how they say you can put it on under your coat and drive, then pop baby in when you get to your destination...well, the Ktan doesn't bunch!  When I tried with my homemade Moby, I always had to take off my jacket and retie it because it would bunch while I was sitting.  I hated that.  My last two were winter babies, so I just wanted to be warm.

I have one and I love it. So easy to use.

I bought one for DD2 and it was my go to for the first 4-5 months as most of my trips are to the grocery store and such -- it's easy to put on and easy to position.  W/ DD1 I used a pouch then a ring sling but I have some impingment in my shoulder so am not using them much with DD2.  My go to now is a home made mai tai and will likely transition to the Ergo for back carries again once DD2 is bigger.

I have a k'tan I like how simple it is to use but DS hates it, screams his head off every time I put him in. I've tried both the kangaroo position and cradle, neither seems to work for him. I dont have this problem with my moby or pouch sling so I'm not sure what his deal is but so far longest I've been able to use it is about 10 mins around the house.

I couldn't live without my breeze. I don't use the sash at all. It's slips down anyways. DS loves it too . He is starting to like to be on the hip so I'm going to play around with it, he loves my homemade ringsling too.

I have one, but I've pretty much switched to full-time Ergo wearing. I could position DD in it quickly, but not as quickly/easily as I could the Ergo. I hated having to get out of the car, drape it, get DD out of the carseat, and then maneuver her into it and reposition and ugh- it just wasn't convenient for us.

I love my K'Tan breeze.  It's my go to right now.  DD loves it too but only if I wear her with her butt in there sideways.  She likes it that way and is comfortable.  I've used it for shopping, walks, and around the house with no issues.  For some reason she doesn't like the general kangaroo hold.  I do have a long and lanky baby who is wearing 0-3 cloths and is 3 months now, so I think I should have a bit more time with it.

Love it! have used it with #1 and #2. love that it does all the same things as a wrap without all the wrapping and extra fabric. very easy to use and comfy.

i have one and loved it at first. but now i prefer my beco butterfly. i never felt like she was tighjt enough and secure in there, and i felt like i always had to keep my arm around her. i like that i can adjust the straps on the butterfly to prevent this.
