Does shutterfly weirdly crop your photos?

I just got my 101 free prints in the mail and yes, they were free, so I should shut up. But in tons of the photos peoples heads are cut off, etc when in the actual photo they aren't like that. This has happened to me before from shutterfly too. Am I doing something wrong??

    Walmart did that to me before. I just preview every single picture now. You can fix it if they have cropped it funny. Annoying to go through EVERY picture, but you won't have to reprint any.

    Below is a ling to the best image I have found to explain what is happening. The automated cropping that online places (and sometimes in-store places) use usually isn't that great, so you should definitely look at all the pictures yourself to make sure it is being cropped where you want. (I had heads cut off in wedding pictures due to poor cropping at Walgreens, and I had to fight to get them reprinted with a better crop for free.)
