I would like to get as much information as I can about ADHD to help myself, my DH and my DS. I'm looking for something with ideas/suggestions on a calmer environment, setting up expectations (for us and for DS), reward systems, etc. Anything you can suggest?

I thought this book was a helpful general guide to ADHD. It helped to confirm some of what I already knew and taught me some new coping techniques.

What age is your child? Different books are geared towards parents of kids from different age groups. In general, Russell Barkley is "god" when it comes to ADHD
