I'm in my 2nd tri and trying to keep an exercise routine. I usually take classes but do not feel comfortable at this point. I've been doing cardio 3-4x's a week and lifting 2 x's a week. I'm getting bored with the exercises I'm doing. Any recommendations on pregnancy workout DVD's or websites? I saw that Tracy Anderson came out with a DVD but I believe that's post-baby. I don't have the patience for Yoga but if it's a faster pace, I'm willing to try.
