Uterus not healed- how long?

I had my beautiful little boy 11 weeks ago via c-section. I went in at 8 weeks to have an IUD put in. However, my uterus was not healed. My OB tried again yesterday but I am still not 100% perfect healed. How long did it take you to heal? I am trying not to worry that it isn't serious. TIA

I was healed at 8 weeks - that's when my Mirena went in.

But I just wanted to say that if your OB isn't worried, you shouldn't be. If s/he suspected something wrong, s/he'd let you know.

I'm sure you have another appt scheduled for a few weeks from now, so if things still aren't 100%, ask him what is going on.
