I had zero issues and fast turn around with my dependent care reimbursement this month.  I will continue to keep an open mind on this and if it continues, I may consider it again for next year.  But that is with zero complications for the remainder of the year.

Ugh.  Every month. I would so dread that.  I am waiting until the acct has $1500 again to file.  That limits the amount of time I have to deal with the.  I am glad it worked out better for you this month. I wish DH job had the Dependent Care option so next year he could deal with then.  Then again I know he wouldn't and I would be stuck fighting with his HR Dept.

This exactly.  And DH is always telling me how incompetent their administrator is, how much she is paid and how I am much more qualified for her job.

That exactly would piss me even more off!  I am so irriated by the whole damn thing.  And 5k is not even half of LO's DC cost.  The gov't sucks, the whole process sucks... gee I know I sound angry but I hate when things don't work like they should.
