What program do you use to make the picture collages?

I am so bad when it comes to the this kind of stuff, but I love the picture collages in your siggys, what do you use to make them?

There's an awesome free app called instaframe -- I think that's what hlc and a couple others used for their siggy-- it uploads to instagram or your computer through your iphone or iPad. I love it!

Picasa is a great program. I really like their collage feature.

im going to try picasa, since there was talk of doing a collage type picture for july, i wanna participate since i know how to upload pics to here now, so thanks happily for the idea
