Kawaii GNHW?

What is the difference between this diaper and a regular Kawaii?  Is it just that it comes with two inserts?

I have some older style GNHW and the material is thicker as well. IDK if it's the same with the new style.

I ordered one to try but it looks huge in the package so I don't know if I'll even open it.  I like natural fibers too and I hate him being all bulky even at night so I may just return it.  I got two wool covers on the way from ecobabybuys so I might just stick to a regular pocket until then unless there is some amazing thing about this diaper.

It's just thicker PUL. Definitely runs on the big side, and a double stuffed pocked is bulky.

If you don't want it, I would guess they resell well. I've been using mine about a year, and it's like new.

We have a very heavy wetter at night and the GNHW work wonderful.  In fact I don't really like Kawaii in general (sold all of my Kawaiis except the GNHW).  The PUL is much much thicker - very thick material.  It is more bulky, but the elastic at the legs is nice and tight.

 

I like the newer version b/c they added a snap (so three snaps rather than two on each side for closing the diaper)  This helps w/ the bulk of the diaper in my opinion.

 

I stuff ours with 1 microfiber (newborn bumgenius type), 1 hemp and 1 bamboo insert or two hemps and one bamboo insert.  This works GREAT for our heavy wetter.  Almost never any leaks at night.
