No wet diapers in 5 hours

I know she's not a newborn anymore but in general I have to change her diaper every two hours or so (we cloth and her output had increased so we had to change mre often). But she hasn't had a wet diaper in about 5 hours now and I'm starting to worry a little, only because she has been running a 101 to 102 fever all day. My pedis office is closed and I have to wait til 5 to talk to an ER nurse.

I know no one can tell me what to do but I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed their LOs output starting to space itself out more. FWIW, she's been pretty fussy all day but not unbearable. TIA!

I don't really know if it's helpful but my pedi says that if there's no urine for 8 hours thats when to be concerned. Maybe she's just holding it?  Has she been taking normal fluids?
Yeah I think at this stage it's more keep an eye on it than panic. Is she showing any signs of dehydration? Dry looking mouth, skin tenting, sunken soft spot? If her intake is good I wouldn't worry.

E had a stomach bug and threw up a bunch last night. This morning, the doc's office told me to give her pedialyte and call back if she doesn't have a wet diaper within 8 hrs.

Is your LO vomiting? Diarrhea? Is she taking bottles?

No, no vomiting. And no diarrhea. She did have one poop today that was super soft but not liquidy. She's nursing ok and she seems to be eating ok. She went to bed about an hour ago and just woke up and I gave her some formula and she took that fine. She has had 2 pee diapers since I wrote this too. One was with the poop, and one was right before bath. She's really warm though, and her fever at bedtime was 102 almost. I'm going to call the pedi office tomorrow. I hate her being sick and I feel so bad for her. Thanks for your help ladies.
