uncomfortableness and some pain 4months PP

Anyone 4months PP or longer, experience pain, sometimes servere muscle cramping, and uncomfortableness in abdomen?

I still uncomfortable after my csection 4months ago.  My skin is still very sensitive, some clothing is uncomfrtable. And recently I have been feeling alot more muscle cramping.

 When does it get better?!

I'm 15 weeks out and still occasionally cramp or notice a tender spot.

I'm still tender and numb above my incision and I hate the feeling if you touch the actual scar. I get cramping every now and then too.

I have been feeling like this a lot the last week. I was hoping by now it would be getting better, but some days are still bad. I hope it gets better soon for all of us.

My scar still hurts from time to time, it's almost like a burning feeling. I'm also still numb above the scar.
I never expected that I would still feel this 4 months later.

I've been told that some of the pain at this point can be scar tissue breaking up. 

 

That being said, I dont know how long it lasts. Sorry.  I have heard stories from some mommas though that it took them up to year to feel completely normal again. This is my first though so I have no actual experience to back that up.  Sorry.
