DH and I heard from a friend of ours with 2 kids that if you eat an apple a day while you're pregnant, you're child will have a clear complection. She knew this during her second pregnancy, but not her first, and her oldest has a horrible complection, but her daughter has a flawless complection. I'm not sure if the apples really did that, but I am gonna try it; the worst that happens is I never want to eat an apple again, right?
Has anyone else heard this? Or other crazy things like this?
Re: Not sure about this...
Hi Lynn,
I couldn't find anything online to support a link between apples and baby's complexion, however...
I DID find an article from 2009 linking prenatal apple consumption (4 or more a week) to a reduced rate of asthma in children:

So apple up!!
