My LO seems to have problems with diaper rash and along with that, the tip of his penis seems to get really raw.  It looks like the skin rubs right there at the tip.  Diaper changes are a PITA when he has this.  When he doesn't have it I use CJ's Butter on him, but when he does I use Neosporin to help heal it.  He has seen the doctor for it in the past, but they usually just give antibiotics and tell me to put Neosporin on it.   Does anyone else have this problem?   Any ideas on how it can be avoided in the future?

What kind of dipes do you use?  You may need a stay dry liner if his skin is sitting next to wet cotton a d reacting to it.

Also, could it be a yeast rash that keeps reinfecting him?
