It depends on the person with the name I guess. I've always heard people say "Hell-in-uh" when saying the name from Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream but the only Helena I know in real life pronounces it "Huh-lay-na".
I've heard it both ways (and pronounced he-LEEN-uh as well). People have polled the board before, and the majority of people say it like Helen with an "uh" sound at the end.

This is actually the name of a main road in my town and the name of the elementary school that I attended.
We pronounce it Huh-lee-nah, but I live in the south and that somehow seems to change the pronounciation of words lol
