How to suggest a new board?

Who do I get in contact with to suggest a new board/how do you get a new board put up?

(I'm not NTTB, but I know this is where more "technical" Qs get answered)

    There are a million boards, what's missing?

    Email one of the mods or Bump Kathleen.

    I was thinking a Young Mom's board because the past few weeks I've come across a few  young mom's getting cr*p on the boards, got me wondering how many there are out there who are staying in the woodwork because of that "teen mom" stigma. I feel like they are the outcasts of TB and really need a place to call their own.
