Montessori Question/ How many days a week for preschool

My boys are going into preschool next year and I was planning on putting them in for 2-3 mornings a week. I looked into a Montessori school that I really like but their minimum is 4 days a week and it is $$$. They say you obviously don't have to bring LO 4 days but you pay for it. 

Has anyone here done Montessori? How do you like it? Is it worth it?  

They haven't ever been to daycare so 4 days a week seems like a huge jump although that is probably more of a problem for me than them  Anyone have issues with this theoretically and it was no big deal? I'm guessing that would be the case.

I loved Montessori so much after DD1's first year I've gone back to school to get my certification on top of my K-5 state certification (2 months left!).  5 days a week will be hard for a very short time, but they will adjust, and it will be good for them, imo.
