What has been a recent point of anxiety?

What has been a recent point of major anxiety for anyone else?

For me- we are in a major heat wave and it's super humid. I live in Canada and this just does not happen super often wear I live, maybe once a year for a day or two. But this year it's been almost a week and no real end in sight!

DD1 gets hot but manages. DD2 is majorly struggling. Her face is a mask of heat rash that is so sore it keeps her awake. And she is in general miserable. Which is SO not her. We finally got AC in our house and basically I try to stay put now. But I worry over everything now, is she dehydrated, is she getting too hot, is she going to sleep tonight etc.  It's brutal.
