Suggestions for Profile Software?

I don't post very often but I've been getting lots of good information from the board.  It's so helpful to hear from folks going through the same process.  My husband and I have a wonderful 2.5 year old son and are trying to make him a big brother through domestic adoption.  We're waiting for our home study report to be written and working on our profile.  I'm looking for suggestions for software to use for the profile.  I want something that allows us to create and print pages that we can assemble. I've looked at various scrapbooking software and am curious if anyone has used one for their profile.  Most people seem to use Snapfish or Mixbook but I want to be able to print the pages myself.

We used Serif Digital Scrapbook which worked pretty well once we got the hang of it. And you are able to print it yourself with this program.

For the printed profile I just used Microsoft word in the landscape format.
