TMI/Testes Tuesday

We haven't done this in a few weeks, so I thought I'd start it up this time.

My TMI is DS's poops are definately getting more solid.  They seem to always be stuck in his butt rather than getting on the diaper though.  At least he doesn't seem bothered by it. >.<;

DH has been sleeping in later and later.  He works nights, so he sleeps all morning.  But he leaves for work at 5:45pm, meaning when he sleeps until 1 I only see him for a few hours before he's gone.  We compromised by saying I'm allowed to wake him at noon if he's not up yet.  Meanwhile, I'm by myself all morning and just want to pass him off by the time I'm allowed to wake DH, but DH needs chill time before work.  Weekends are definately my favorite time of week because DH is home to help with bedtime and such.

TMI- DS had a bug last week with vomiting and diarrhea. DH was home with him and needed to change his diaper. Apparently DS was not finished and when the diaper was off he shot poop across the room hitting the wall and everything in between. I'm glad DH had to clean it up!

DH is going on a "boys trip" for four days and doesn't think he needs to make up the nights he would get up with DS that he will be missing. I can't complain too much because he does his share but it still stinks I have to do it all for those days/nights.

TMI - DD always grabs at her thights, feet and everything else while being changed. It's hard to keep her from touching her poop and a couple of days ago I couldn't do it. She had a big load that was all over her butt and sure enough she grabbed right at it! LOVELY!

So far I've been always the one taking the time off when DD is sick or daycare is closed apart from 2 half days and one full day DH has taken. So I had the other two halfs and then at least 7 additional days. I'm already in 30hrs in hole for PTO from next year and I've taken so many unpaid days too! Inbetween I've also had pneumonia, bronchitis and a stomach bug. For my illnesses I've taken 2 days. When DH had cold/pneumonia he took 1.5 weeks!!! And always says how he can't take any time off for DD and I need to do it.

This Friday, his friend has a bachelor party. Woudn't you know he's working long hours Mon-Thur so he can take Friday off and won't need to use PTO or go unpaid. Interesting how that worked but it never does when DD is sick! UGH!!

TMI #1: Now that we have been giving DS solids I am checking his poopy diapers is like a treasure hunt (no, I dont actually dig). Is it sad that I get excited when I see pieces of green beans, clementine, etc in there? DH thinks Im nuts!

TMI #2: I dont know what I have been eating lately, but Im tooting like Im preggers again!

Testes: Last night was a rough one. Im still exhausted from having to get up at 330am for my triathlon on Sunday, then last night DS woke up at 1:30am when DH got home from hockey (so then I had to feed him until 230ish), then my dog got a stomach ache at 4am and had to be walked! (we live in the city so we dont have a yard). DH didnt stir ONCE! When DS got up at 630am I felt like I was on crack, but needed to get my gameface on for a 8am conference call. While I was in shower DH was talking to me and says "wow, you sound like a zombie!" Really?! REALLY?!!

Mine is probably both rolled into one. We are also giving DS more solids now and of course his pooh is like peanut butter. DH is at home during the day with him and DS usually only poops once a day now and without fail, he always goes during the day when DH has him, not in the evening when I'm home. Lucky me! But DH is always complaining about how gross his diapers are now. He's the one who wanted to work part time and stay home with goober so he needs to learn to deal with it!
