Any Suggestions for in home daycare in Lees Summit Area

Im expecting my first child, and am really nervous about daycare. I've heard from many friends and colleagues that in home is the way to go for infants. Does anyone have any suggestions for the Lee's Summit area? Also, any advice or suggestions on how far out to start trying to arrange things? Thank you!
