I side eye her but I also feel sorry for her.  I feel bad for bringing up the whole labia cut thing.  I think she is very troubled but I have never heard her say or do anything mean to anyone else.  I dragged up her old dirty garbage and she told me my kid is cute.  If someone dragged up my old trash I would want to hit them.
