37 weeks and ready!!

Since June 29th I've had Bh throughout the day that are sometimes painful and a feeling I call "lightening" which basically feel like a lightening bolt to the crotch when walking. Lol. Anyway, yesterday the contractions got pretty bad and were coming it seemed between 3-5 minutes apart. We decided to go to the hospital after about an hour of this to find out I'm 2cm, 80% effaced , an baby is at -2. Unfortunately they sent us home and said probably within a week we'd have baby. 

 

Anybody else having a similar experience before 40 weeks?

I had that for a month with DD and delivered at 38 weeks 2 days.  This time around I have so much pressure and cramping I am hoping things are getting into order for another early delivery!  I am only 34 weeks and I am over it!

Ive had the same signs since 34 weeks but so far nothing has changed. I was told I probably wouldnt make it past 36 weeks but so far nothing is budging. Good luck!

Yup! Ive been having both for several weeks now! I dont know if its doing anything but the lightening is killer!!!!

I just want this over with, yes im taking the so called easy way out CS not by choice,  I'm a B to everyone Im starting to annoy myself. BH and the lightening is just way to much. My legs gave out on me this morning just to much water weight i guess.

I'm right there with you!! I'm 37 weeks, dilated 3 (last time checked saturday night) and am sooo frustrated!! I know technically not due for another 3 weeks, but I'm so done with all the pressure, contractions, and "lightening" like you call it!! 

We'll get through it and hopeully have baby soon!!
