mad confused and now what to do long and some venting

ok few months ago i posted about my husbands oldest daughter who is now 15 and on birthcontrol thank god...well now ive noticed some more things and things have happend.. she still lives w her grandparents bc about 7 months ago she wanted to be w her mom so my husband sighed over custody that fell thru and her birth mom sighed partial custody to his parents which leads to where we are at now... we just found out a couple of weeks ago that my husbands dad has been refused heart surgery because he wouldnt have a life after that he would be a vegtiable the drs said so he is basucly on meds to keep him at the level of life he is able to maintain right now and has up to a year to have left some of his heart is dead and most of the heart is 60% or more blocked my husbands mom is in the same boat as well on a meds to keep her pain managed and able to go about her day as normal..now thatthats said the SD has had some major mood swings and has a thing against females of any athority so its not just me his mom as well so i fear for her since she is 72 and his dad 73.. my SD has recently put her hands on my now middle child who is 7 and didnt fly by me what so ever her dad and me basicly told her how it was she got mouthy cussing me and her dad while holding my 2 month old she threated to kick my ass as she said i was at my wits end bc she was not going to calmk down anytime soon so i called athotries and basicly said she needs cousling(which she does get once a week) after talking w authoraties her 73yr old grandpa drove an hour to pick her up. in the last 3 months she has gotten worse shes told her other siblings she will hurt them n then putting hands on my own kids we have talked w her couslor in the last 2 weeks of comments of killing herself and hurting other but we have no say so due to her bilogical mom signed partial custody w my husbands parents and they dont think she needs any other help then the couslor but after what i have heard and seen i beleive she has childhood depression or bipolar my husbands parents now wont talk w us to make sure she is getting diffrent help they are in denial of everything even the authorty said she needs help a company called center stone which is basicly for what i think shse has....so now we are stuck on what to do we were told to go to dcs and that its rare for a family to ask for help instead of reporting things and we did and we cant be helped there either due to his parents have partial custody and the bio mom wants nothing to do with her so i need help on what to do to because basicly his parents pass she comes here and i dont want her hurting my kids

After I finished reading this I realized that your situation sucks worse than your grammer.

On a serious note, however, this girl is 15 years old, she's living with grandparents who are refusing medical care, and she has a step mother who thinks she's going to be "stuck" with her. Of course she's acting out. If she ends up living with you than you'll have a say on what kind of therapy she needs.

How in the hell did an elderly ailing couple get custodial rights to an out of control 15 year old? I find it hard to believe that any court allowed just the BM to give custody to a non-parent without the fathers consent (since he has partial custody).

Your husband needs to get a lawyer and file for emergency custody of ho's daughter. STAT. Then he needs to get her into extensive and intense therapy and provide her with a safe and stable living environment. One where she knows she is loved and accepted. It sounds like she has not had a lot of stability.
