It sounds a little country, but I don't hate it. You'd have to be OK with her being called Holly Mae all the time-- people will think it's a double name. It happens a lot with my Etta Jane, also.

I think it's quite cute, but I like sweet old fashion names. My youngest is Eliza Jane and like the PP said, everyone has called her Eliza Jane since day one.

I really like it and it doesnt sound country to me at all. I'm from LA and sort of biased against names like Wyatt that sound like cowboy names, too. I don't think you'll have to worry about the double name thing too much because who even knows your kids full names except your family? And it's pretty easy to tell your family you just want to call her Holly if thats your preference. I can't think of anyone who even knows my kids middle names except for family or friends who have asked.
