Please be patient with me over the next few weeks as I get into the swing of posting the weekly check-in.
~If you would like to be added, please answer these questions in a post below:
1) What is your name (if you want to share)?
2) When did you start TTC (month/year)?
3) What is your diagnosis, if you have one?
4) What treatments have you done?
**Please post at least once monthly so I know you are still active and I can keep the list up to date. If you go more than 4 weeks without posting, you?ll be removed. If you want to be added back just post your info again and I?ll gladly add you back on. Thank you!!**
If any information I have listed needs changed or if you want anything added please be sure to let me know so I can update. Good luck, everyone!!

Re: 3T Weekly Check-In
What is your name (if you want to share)? Bellalux (sn)
When did you start TTC (month/year)? July 2011
What is your diagnosis, if you have one? Tubal Infertility (both tubes blocked) and Fibroids
What treatments have you done? None yet
QOTW: What is one of your favorite quotes? Everything will be ok in the end. If it's not ok, then it's not the end.
Nothing new to update. In the next couple of weeks DH will have a repeat SA which will be the last of the testing before moving on to IVF #3.
QOTW: Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off of the goal. ~Henry Ford
Update: The last few months have been very tough since my m/c and my husband deciding he wants a divorce because of my IF and m/c. I'm officially counting down the days until he's completely out of my apartment (only 22 days to go). I've taken legal custody of my niece and nephews, so I'm learning to navigate those waters. I'm also contemplating a medicated IUI cycle as early as November.
QOTW: What is one of your favorite quotes? I have several quotes that I absolutely love.
Dx PCOS (June 2006, re-confirmed March 2012), Anemia (May 2010-Still fighting to correct it), Fibromyalgia (May 2011)
Initial b/w - normal
HSG (March 2012) revealed right tube open and looking great. Left tube deformed with hydrosalpinx.
Lap (April 2012) Removal of left fallopian tube. Right tube open and viable, but "rather enlarged." NO evidence of endometriosis...Uterus looks beautiful and "very capable" of carrying a pregnancy!
October 2012 - Clomid 50mg + trigger + IUI = BFN
With all factors taken into account, RE is recommending IVF. Planning on moving forward with treatment as a single woman using DS by Summer 2013.

1) What is your name (if you want to share)? Just for those family who might be floating around... I will just go by MM (MonroesMisfit)
2) When did you start TTC (month/year)? March 2011
3) What is your diagnosis, if you have one? We are in the process right now, DH had his SA and now awaiting results, I have had CD 3 bloodwork, 2 hr glucose test, and on Wednesday I have my HSG. Then a week later we will have our follow up.
4) What treatments have you done? none yet
QOTW: What is one of your favorite quotes?
Tough girls come from New York. Sweet girls, they're from Georgia. But us Kentucky girls, we have fire and ice in our blood. We can ride horses, be a debutante, throw left hooks, and drink with the boys, all the while making sweet tea, darlin'. And if we have an opinion, you know you're gonna hear it.?---Ashley Judd

Update - today is CD1 and tomorrow I go in for baseline u/s. I'm praying that there aren't any cysts.
Quote: "Everything will be ok in the end, if it's not, its not the end."
Evening ladies! *Tips hat like a cowboy* No update except to say still in the middle of our looong @$$ break. AF should be here tonight or tomorrow. Not thinking much on TTC during our break aside from trying to remember every few weeks to have TI during O. Really enjoying the summer without having to think about it.
QOTW: "Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things. And no good thing ever dies." and also "Get busy livin', or get busy dyin'" They are both from my favorite movie of all time The Shawshank Redemption. The first quote has been something I hold on to about holding on to my hope. But the second...is the phrase I've been keeping in my head during the break times...time to start living!

Update: I am 8dpIUI today and feel sort of blah about the whole thing. We had awesome numbers from DH again, but I started spotting today, so I'm just trying to hang onto some hope. DH has gotten really down during this 2ww too, so I'm trying really hard to keep him optimistic as well.
QOTW: Someday everything will make perfect sense. So, for now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason.

There really isn't an update from me. I am still waiting to get on my H's insurance but now he has an interview for a new job (insert huge anxiety attack)! So I don't know what is going to happen.
QOTW:
We never really grow up, we only learn how to act in public.
We are taking a break this month of TTC and meds. Lap is at the end of the month...hoping they find something. Will do 3rd IUI in either August or September depending on how the lap goes.
Favorite quote 'just know this, that God is faithful, even if you don't have faith yoruself' ....man I haven't thought of that quote in awhile. Seems to apply to my life right now.

I did get my first ever BFP on June 29. I've had two betas (technically three as I went to the ER yesterday, but all is well!) and they're doubling nicely. I have one more beta tomorrow and my first official ultrasound is July 23.
I'm still lurking like crazy, trying to fight the urge to post, and I probably become more active on PAIF after the 23rd and I feel a little more comfortable. Good luck to everyone and I'll be cheering y'all on!!

1) What is your name (if you want to share)? Christy
2) When did you start TTC (month/year)? 12/2010
3) What is your diagnosis, if you have one? Unexplained. I found short luteal phase from charting...but none the docs have been too concerned. No longer an issues with endometrin anyways.
4) What treatments have you done? 4 cycles of Femara with TI. Clomid + trigger + IUI + Endometrin. Now added acupuncture.
I had a cyst so we took a break last cycle and tried on our own. We were not successful (shock). Now we are clear for IUI #2. Continuing with clomid (CD 3-7) + trigger and endometrin after IUI.
FET#2 is a week from tomorrow!

Sarah, oopsie on the format... or did you decide to space everything out? I'll have to look at the email and if its messed up, I can try to send it to you again. Also, I just realized I forgot to take the ?'s out from the BFP's for MrsKitton and MNJ... I was going to double check the BFP date and put the ? there to remind me and then forgot to take it out... oops.
Anyway, glad you got everything and if we need to fix the format, I can hopefully help you figure that out! BTW, good luck with getting ex outta your life for good and for becoming a caretaker for your niece and nephews. You know I'm keeping you in my thoughts and don't hesitate to message me if you need someone to talk to. ((hugs)) I know you are going through a lot right now and I appreciate so very much you taking over the check in for me on top of it all.
Update: Still TTC on our own. I did make 2 appts with my clinic. One with the counselor (31st of July) and one with my RE (2nd of Aug). I'm really looking forward to both as I need to get my emotions sorted out and I'm interested to get some questions answered and get a plan in place for next year.

Sarah_e (((HUGE HUGS))) -- I am sorry you are going through such a rough patch right now.
My period showed, on her own, WITHOUT meds, for the first time in over 2 years. She just so happened to show on 4th of July (bummer!) but I am so happy I had a somewhat normal cycle. With her arrival, I scheduled my second HSG. I go this Wednesday. I am a nervous wreck that it is going to be more painful than my first, and I am also nervous that something will be wrong with the right tube and that I will need surgery prior to our IVF cycle.

I'm currently 11 dpo and have not poas yet. I think I will tomorrow. I'm so nervous to get a BFN though. We've decided to do one more IUI next cycle before looking in to IVF.
DH goes in tomorrow to hopefully start on a treatment plan for the MFI!
QOTW: Right now, it's probably from an Eli Young Band song: "Keep on dreaming even if it breaks your heart."

I am on day 5 of Femara for (potentially) IUI#3. Unfortunately I have a work trip scheduled tomorrow through Thursday which may interfere with the actual IUI. I'm going into the RE tomorrow at CD10 to have my monitoring u/s before I leave on my trip and depending on how things look tomorrow, I will trigger while I'm on my trip and do the IUI on Friday when I'm back. We'll see how it goes. Meanwhile DH and I are just going to have as much sex as possible... Wednesday is the only full day I'm gone so maybe we can still have a chance even if the IUI doesn't work out.
