(purchased at Davids, Trader Joe's or Whole Foods - cant remember)
You just put a drop on your nipple once a day. I dont use them this time of year however, as it is possible to get enough from the sun.
Please be careful with these, as they contain the max amount of vitamin D recommended by the FDA to avoid overdose PER DROP. Also, FDA has recommended that all infant vitamins with vitamin D come with a dosing device that accurately measures 400IU. https://www.fda.gov/ForConsumers/ConsumerUpdates/ucm214343.htm. This product does not. There is also a formula for kids that looks the same as the one for infants, but delivers over 3 times the daily RDA for infants.
I would suggest going with a product that allows you to measure an exact dose. The drugstores carry D-Vi-Sol that comes with a bulb dropper.
A company called BProtected health carries one with an oral syringe (plus they are made in the U.S.A., unlike the enfamil D-Vi)
