Huggies Wipes

We have been using mostly Huggies wipes for over 2 years now, and recently I've been having a problem with them. The perforations are frequently not there, or really poorly done. So I grab for a wipe and I get 2-3 wipes. Even if I take the time to use 2 hands to pull them apart (not easy with a wiggly baby) I can't find the seam and it doesn't come apart cleanly. I'm wondering if this is a new issue universally or if it's just one bad batch. I almost feel like they're intentionally doing it so I use more wipes. I'm disproportionately annoyed and want to contact the company, but if it's just my boxes I may just let it go.

Re: Huggies Wipes

  • It's not just you. I've been having the same problem with our new pack. Also they feel a LOT thinner - not nearly as thick and plush as they used to be. If you read reviews on Amazon a LOT of people have been complaining that the quality has gone down recently. WTF, Huggies!!!!

  • I love Huggies wipes, we use the "Natural Care" ones. What kind are you ladies buying? I'm due to get a new box here in a just a little bit, maybe I'll just get the small pack to make sure.

  • We usually buy the natural care ones. I won't promise that we did this last time though, because we needed new boxes and I got one with a cute pattern.

  • Same problem here but I still prefer them to Pampers wipes.

  • We also buy the natural care. I still prefer them WAY more than pampers wipes so we'll keep using them. But I'm annoyed that they quality has gone WAY down.

  • I've been having the same problems! I wasn't a big huggies fan and I'm even less of one now after this pack of refills FI grabbed by accident. I would contact the company, you can get some coupons from them at least. Or switch brands, we like the Target UP and UP brand.

  • I'm still a fan of huggies natural care over pampers, but I'm also annoyed that there are now less wipes in the pack too.  I hate it when companies try to save money. They just end up losing customers.
