DH's whole family will be there and I am trying to meal plan so we don't have to run into town (40min) every day for groceries. What are some good ideas that feed a lot of people, already have hot dogs, hamburgers, brats, pulled pork. Any breakfast, lunch or supper ideas would be great!
Re: NBR: A week at the cabin
For breakfasts, I would buy a ton of eggs and whatever breakfast meats you like along with those simply potatoes (I like the southwest style hash browns).
Just dump a bunch of eggs with whatever omelette style fixings you like (onions, peppers, whatever) and the bag of potatoes along with your sausage or bacon (I use the pre-cooked stuff) and a bunch of cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes and voila - super easy meal! And - very yummy!

When we do family vacations at rental homes, each couple takes a night to cook dinner for everyone.
lasagna
ham (this is great for the first night then can use the left overs for sandwiches or breakfast for the rest of the time)
jambalaya or gumbo
tilapia is inexpensive and easy to bake
For breakfast I love to make this easy egg casserole. I don't butter the bread, but toast it first. You could do 2 pans for the group.

For lunch, we usually just keep a bunch of stuff for sandwiches or people can reheat leftovers.
