Dinner: We got tired of having what DD is having so we planned for adult meals for dinner this time-- DD can also have some but at least she has other meals for her
1. Gamberi Pasta -- Spaghetti with sauteed sun dried tomato pesto and prawns
2. Tuna Penne Pasta -- Penne with sauteed canned tuna seasoned with basil leaves

5. Crunchy Asian Fish Fillet Salad

1. meatballs with egg noodles soup
2. rice and beef stew
3. mushroom soup with shredded chicken and rice
4. Hainanese chicken rice
5. spring roll with buttered rice
Breakfast:
1. Spanish omelette
2. Chinese Chorizo with Egg
3. Native Sausages and Rice
4. Spanish Sardines and Toast
5. Grilled Eggplant omelette and SOy Sauce
Wow! Can I come over for dinner?! Our exotic meals this weekend were take-out sushi and homemade taco pizza. I'll happily share your DD's meals.
p.s. How do you make Sardines and Toast-or is that a dumb question? I've seen smashed sardines on toast, but do you do something special to season it? I wonder if my DH would like that. We are big on sardines in our house.
We are asians so the meals are as exotic as it could get thanks for appreciating.
As for the sardines and toast, we just buy the bottled spanish sardines, put it on top of the toast and drizzle some light soy -- which you can buy at your nearest asian market
