I find I'm going to a disposable at night sometimes, because her cloth gets soaked and I feel obligated to change it every 2 hours or more like I do in the day.
What do you do at night? Diapers I have to work with (am open to buying a few more if necessary) Kissaluv fitted organic hemp with hemp snap-in insert (not my favourite), Thirsty fitted, thirsty covers and wool covers.
I've thought about stuffing a thirsty with the hemp and then a wool cover, but with the heat wave that just seems so hot.
Re: Tips for nighttime
We use pockets, day and night. At night, it's stuffed with 1 MF, 1 hemp doubler, and 1 bamboo insert. This combo has worked for many months.
I have Kawaiis and use either a Good Night Heavy Wetter or a square tab crossover for night. I like the fleece layer between him and the inserts; he never gets rashy or seems uncomfortable.

We use fitteds and wool covers overnight. FYI - wool is breathable and is not hot, even with the heat wave. DD is currently in one right now and it's 102 outside.
Some fitteds that I like for overnight that tend to be readily available are Bububebe and Sustainablebabish OBF. If you don't want to invest in those right now, I'd try adding a hemp insert to your fitteds and pairing with wool. You may just need more absorbency in what you have. FWIW I did not like Kissaluvs or Thirsties fitteds beyond the newborn phase, even with a doubler they just have enough absorbency.
Another option is to try pockets stuffed with hemp and/or bamboo inserts.

Thanks for the replies - for the record I'm not worried about leaks, I just get skeeved out thinking of her sitting in a really wet diaper all night. lt's in my head, I know!
I find the kissaluvs absorbency is terrible. and no option to add anything really. Thirsties is a bit better, but I don't ever stuff it. If I did it would be better.
I know wool is breatheable and cool, I guess it's the bulk that makes me think it's hot and uncomfortable - again - all in my head!
I'll try stuffing my thirsties and see what happens.
