I'm assuming you mean BH - not HB

I get a few that are lower, like AF like cramps.  It's because I'm not drinking enough and/or doing too much.  It's your body's day of saying "hey, take it easy!"

This is how mine seem to work too. Occassionally they end up being growing pains too or she's been hanging out low for hours.

I feel like I haven't see you around in forever, DFW!

I get AF-ish cramps occasionally, always low in my ute. Glad I'm not the only one.

  • I was feeling that yesterday as well.  I'm thinking that it's pretty normal.

  • All my BH contractions have been low.  I don't think I've ever felt them above the bottom half of my uterus.

  • mine start as a tingly feeling at the bottom and then my whole ute gets rock hard and DD gets squuushed. Its one of the few times I can more confidently tell how she's laying (at least find her bum, lol)
