Milk allergy with #2

DD1 had a milk protien sensitivity (along with reflux and terrible crying) she did not react upon adding milk back to my diet at 6 months. DD2 is like night and day from big Sis as far as fussiness and crying go. But she's spitting up a lot, sometimes full-on vomiting. It's usually shortly after or during a feeding, but Sunday it was probably 20 minutes after she ate. Sometimes it's chunky, sometimes not. She does act a little fussy sometimes (which may be normal...I have no experience with "normal" fussiness). I thought it might be gas. She also has red, burned looking stripes along the inside of her butt cheeks and all the way around the anal opening. With DD1, I could tell a difference in her behavior within a couple days, and full improvement within a week or two. I've been trying to cut back since Monday, and tried fully today. I just feel terrible about her bottom.
