PP Period- Normal?

Let me start by saying that I have PCOS, so I'm not really sure how this whole getting periods on your own thing works. I used to have to take progesterone every so often to initiate a period. So I stopped my PP bleeding at 6 weeks then about a week and a half later I started my period. I am 99% sure it was a period because it was extremely heavy bleeding and lasted for 5 days (that's how long my periods usually last). So that went away for a week and everything was fine until this morning. I started having horrible cramps, but I attributed it to intestinal cramps (since after having my c-section I get intestinal cramps that feel like I'm about to give birth). Well now I'm pretty sure what I think is my period is back. Anyone else have periods every other week now?

Everybody is different.  Maybe that's your body and hormones trying to get back to normal.  Have you talked to your doctor?
