I know that "they" say drinking water helps keep your skin looking nice, but does anyone else have anything they do to thier face to keep it looking smooth. Lately I feel like mine looks bumpy and pale (not necessarily pimples). TIA
I wash every night with Clinique foaming face wash. Rinse with cold water (mom always told me that cold water after hot helps to close pores), pat semi-dry, cream with either Body Shop Vitamin C cream (AWESOME FACE CREAM) or Garnier Ultra Lift anti-firming cream. To help with the paleness I use Jergens natural glow express which really will change your skin tone in 3 days (if used regularly) or California Sunless Tan Extender (I am a spray tan fan during the summer, this is the brand that the salon uses).
A hint with the bumpy feeling, typically if you are washing with hot, then rinsing in cold and using a clarifing or toner (smells like nail polish remover for the face), that will give you the bumpy feel, you only need to do one.
Sorry, huge reply, but I used to work with facials and such and I have seen lots of skin types.
