Well, since today is the one week mark for Skye, I figured I would do a quick update over here. She is doing very well. They are trying her out on a full-time nasal cannula instead of the CPAP since she has been doing so well with it. She has a little bit of trouble digesting breast milk sometimes, and she may have to have another platelet transfusion since she's still having trouble with her count declining slowly due to my pre-e/HELLP, but the doctors/nurses don't seem overly concerned about either issue. They all say she is very strong and doing excellent for this stage.

Thank you for asking. I'm recovering quite well, able to be up and about more often with less soreness. To be honest, it's so surprising to me how easy it is to go through my days on nothing but two-hour naps. Poor DH isn't faring as well in that regard; he needs his sleep. Perhaps TMI, but my only real complaint is my sore nipples from the frequent pumping. I noticed one of them was cracked this morning and nearly panicked--it was not pretty.
Thank you so much for the continued support, ladies. I hope all your pregnancies are going well--you're really in the home stretch now! I'm gonna be cheering for you all in just a couple short months.
