We have this one.  It has a high enough front we haven't had any pee accidents.

Love this potty because it is so basic. No bells and whistles. It's high enough in the front and super easy to clean because there are no extra parts or anything. We've never had an issue of him missing the bowl.

For a seat that attaches to the the Prince Lionheart squishy seat is good overall and has good reviews on amazon.  We like it but it's not fool proof with peeing over it.  Also sold at Target.

We have this one, too. We tried three or four other potty chairs and toilet seat reducers. This Baby Bjorn potty is great. We also use a Cars toilet seat reducer with a splash guard that came from Target -- works great.

We also remind DS to point his penis down when sitting almost every time. He tends to want to recline/relax on the seat and things start to point skyward. :-)
